The Utility bill and other Services offered by Rapzap Technologies Private Limited are non cancellable.

After Invoice Generate Or Payment Done are non refundable.

Rapzap Technologies Private Limited, constitutes acceptance of the terms of this agreement in its present form without exception and also includes acceptance of any future revisions to the same. If the subscriber is dissatisfied with the services provided by Rapzap Technologies Private Limited then the sole and exclusive remedy available to the subscriber is to stop using the services and to terminate the Rapzap Technologies Private Limited account, by notifying us in writing. This does not absolve the subscriber of any dues which remain payable.

Rapzap Technologies Private Limited. also reserves the right to disconnect the services to the subscriber in case of any of a number reasons, including but not exclusive to-negative address verification, nonpayment, violation of any terms of the contract agreement, usage of the service for any illegal or immoral activity etc.

A transactions which have failed for any reason directly attributable to Rapzap Technologies Private Limited and Rapzap Technologies Private Limited has received corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, will be automatically refunded to User’s bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail will be sent to User’s email id registered with Rapzap Technologies Private Limited
