RapZap is a trading name and Brand of Hesa Enterprises Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as "RapZap". This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and RapZap governing your use of RapZap software, solutions and services whereby RapZap shall provide aggregate payment gateway solutions to you for further onboarding merchants to sell Products and/or collecting money for a specified purpose.

When you use RapZap Technology Services provided by us, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Agreement. The Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer form a part of this Agreement. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of RapZap Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.

We may also use information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

You agree that RapZap can provide disclosures and notices required by law and other information about your RapZap Account to you electronically by posting it on our website, or by e-mailing it to the email address provided by you at the time of registration. You also agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided you with paper copies. Such disclosures and notices are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted to our website, or within 24 hours of the time emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered.

RapZap will make all reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted technology subject to down time and regular maintenance. However, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the RapZap Site, RapZap Services may not be uninterrupted or error free or free from any virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, program or macro and RapZap disclaim all warranties, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness of the services for a particular purpose. Although RapZap adopts security measures it considers appropriate for the offer of the RapZap Solutions, it does not assure or guarantee that no person will overcome or subvert the security measures and gain unauthorized access to the RapZap Platform or your/Customer data. RapZap shall not be responsible or liable if any unauthorized person hacks into or gains access to the RapZap Service or to your RapZap Account.
